Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The staff truly shine here! ! I was met with friendliness, and their willingness to help, especially Amber and Zariah, made my stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with unpleasant odors and a general lack of upkeep that was disappointing.

Entering the room revealed a malfunctioning door handle and a bathroom sliding door that barely worked. The shower's water flow was skewed, with more leaking from the tub spout than the showerhead. I noticed cockroaches scampering around, which detracted heavily from the appeal of the otherwise clean room. The sofa bed was broken, and there were no sheets provided for it. If you’re expecting a clean, bug-free experience, look elsewhere—this place has several issues that need addressing.

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay, giving me the ability to prepare meals easily during my visit.

I found the cleanliness lacking, particularly the dirty carpets that should have been addressed before I checked in.
